Laurel Peniche Gartman
As a Certified Family Law Specialist, Laurel Peniche Gartman has been practicing Family Law for over 30 years. Ms. Peniche Gartman is a graduate of Western State University School of Law, a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists.
Ms. Peniche Gartman is experienced in handling matters related to dissolution of marriage, child custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, division of assets, Judgment modification, restraining orders, and all other matters related to family law. Because the firm limits its practice to family law, you can be confident that you are in the hands of a skilled and dedicated professional who will provide personalized service to help you achieve the outcome you deserve. Ms. Peniche Gartman has extensive experience and expertise in all aspects of the family law arena, including litigation and negotiating settlement.

Ashley Peniche Montenegro, Esq.
Ashley is an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Gartman and Montenegro. Ashley graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Psychology and a Minor in Spanish. She attended Trinity Law School in Southern California and graduated with her Juris Doctor degree. She a current member of the Orange County Women Lawyer’s Association and Orange County Bar Association. Ashley has been a member of our team since 2010. She has gained extensive experience dealing with a variety of family law issues while working here the last 9 years. Her knowledge regarding custody/visitation disputes, domestic violence disputes and spousal support issues is vast. Although a young Attorney, Ashley lives for family law and enjoys what she does. Ashley speaks Spanish fluently as well as reads and writes.

Anna Huemoller
Anna graduated from Cal State Fullerton with her degree in Business Management. Anna has been a paralegal at our office for 18 years, solely focused in the area of Family Law. Anna is the pillar of our office. She manages all of our office affairs, client files, and has an extensive knowledge in every aspect of Family Law. Anna is a great leader and team player and she has a great deal of compassion when dealing with our clients. Anna is a large asset to our firm.
